Our multiage environment promotes collaboration, leadership, and diverse learning experiences, allowing children to grow and learn together. By working across age groups, students develop empathy, communication skills, and a deeper understanding of different perspectives, enriching their educational journey.

Meet Our Teachers
At the heart of every child’s education is a dedicated teacher, and we believe our teachers are the foundation of our students’ growth. While it takes a village to raise children, it’s the care, passion, and expertise of our educators that truly make a difference.
Our incredible teaching team — Barb, Trista, Lauren, and Kelly — work hand-in-hand to provide personalized one-on-one instruction and dynamic small group activities. With Barb’s 30 years of teaching experience and B.S. in Elementary Education, Trista’s strong background in school settings and B.S. in Business, Lauren’s B.S. in Birth–3rd Grade Education and M.A. in English as a Second Language, and Kelly’s B.S. in 5–12 Literature and Communication, our students are guided by a team that is both highly skilled and deeply passionate. Each teacher brings not only their expertise but also a personal investment in Koselig, creating a nurturing environment where every child can grow, learn, and thrive.
